Barbanera Marine Charter Terms

Barbanera Marine provides yacht and boat charters from Dubai Marina and Dubai Harbour. These terms define how bookings, payments, schedule changes, and onboard policies operate across our entire fleet of 88 yachts and boats, ranging from 33 to 164 feet.

Reserving your charter and payment rules

To confirm a charter date and time, a deposit of 30 percent of the total charter cost is required. We do not hold dates or reserve slots without receiving this deposit. The minimum rental duration across all our vessels is two hours. All listed prices include VAT. Our charters include a licensed captain and crew, fuel, insurance, soft drinks, ice, towels, and life jackets. Additional services such as water sports, catering, alcohol service, live music, or transfers can be arranged upon request through our chat.

Rescheduling and weather adjustments

If severe weather prevents sailing on your scheduled day, you have full flexibility to choose your preferred resolution. You can either select a new date for your charter or receive a full refund of your payment. Any adjustments to dates or arrangements are coordinated directly with our team in the chat. We respond to all inquiries and scheduling requests within 15 minutes, daily between 9:00 and 23:00 GST.

Catering, beverages, and host guidelines

Guests are fully permitted to bring their own food and beverages on board, including alcohol, with zero corkage fees applied. No passport or ID is required to board any vessel in our fleet. Depending on the selected boat, guest capacities range up to a maximum of 90 people. Optional catering, BBQ menus, and bar services can also be added to your booking upon request prior to departure.

Coverage and operational conditions

Every charter booked with Barbanera Marine includes full vessel insurance alongside a fully licensed professional captain and crew. Standard amenities provided on every trip comprise essential safety equipment such as life jackets, as well as fresh towels, ice, and soft drinks. Additional equipment, including fishing tackle, jet skis, seabobs, and audio-visual setups, is provided strictly upon request during the booking process.

What happens if severe weather prevents us from sailing?

If bad weather makes sailing impossible, you choose the outcome. We will either reschedule your yacht charter to a new available date or issue a full refund of your payment. All arrangements are agreed directly in our chat.

How does the deposit requirement work when securing a boat?

A 30 percent deposit is mandatory to lock in your requested date and time slot. We cannot hold any vessel without receiving this payment first. All prices quoted for our fleet already incorporate VAT.

Are we permitted to bring our own catering and alcoholic drinks?

Yes, guests are welcome to bring their own food, snacks, and drinks, including alcohol, onto the boat. Barbanera Marine charges no corkage fees for bringing your own refreshments on board.
