We organize private trips on the water rather than acting as a third-party ticketing platform. From your initial enquiry to the moment you step off the deck, our team handles the logistics directly. We reply in the chat within 15 minutes between 9:00 and 23:00 GST daily to answer questions, suggest options, and confirm your itinerary. When you speak to us, you deal directly with the team responsible for preparing the vessel, briefing the crew, and ensuring every agreed detail is ready for your departure.

Securing a date requires a 30% deposit; we do not hold dates without this payment. Guests may bring their own food and beverages, including alcohol, without paying corkage fees. No passport or ID is needed to board. If bad weather prevents sailing, guests choose between moving the charter to another date or receiving a full refund. We handle all planning, route changes, and extra equipment requests via WhatsApp for quick, documented updates.

Our fleet consists of 88 yachts and boats ranging from 33 feet to 164 feet in length, accommodating groups of up to 90 guests. Hourly rates start at 600 AED and go up to 18,900 AED depending on the vessel size, with a minimum charter length of 2 hours. Every published rate includes 5% VAT. Every rental comes with a licensed captain, crew, fuel, insurance, soft drinks, ice, towels, and life jackets. Additional items such as water sports, fishing gear, catering, live entertainment, and transfers can be added on request.

All trips depart from major waterfront hubs: Dubai Marina and Dubai Harbour. These piers offer straightforward access for arriving guests and direct outlets into open water. Once your booking is settled, we provide exact pontoon coordinates and access instructions in the chat. Because our vessels are berthed at these primary locations, departures run on schedule, allowing your group to maximize your time on the water without transit delays.
